Finance Assistant - Temporary Post (Maternity Leave: 12 Months)
We are seeking to cover this post for a period of 12 months for maternity leave and wish to recruit an energised, highly motivated professional. Your key role will be to help us provide an effective finance service to the Association's customers by processing financial transactions efficiently and effectively whilst maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
You will have responsibility for a range of duties, predominantly Purchase and Sales Ledger as well as input to maintaining tenant and owner account payments and reconciliations. You will be required to show a high level of attention to detail throughout your duties and ensure payments are made timeously. You will liaise with customers on the telephone and face to face within the office where you will assist with their enquiries and take payments when necessary.
The successful candidate will be required to operate in an environment which is subject to continuous improvement and change, therefore, a flexible and enthusiastic approach is necessary. Working as part of a team, the role requires a reliable individual with high standards of accuracy, numeracy and attention to detail, along with excellent communication and IT skills.
