Tenants and customers are at the heart of our business and great customer experience drives our priorities, and together, our staff provide a wide range of housing services to customers within our 2,284 houses and flats in local communities in Tollcross, Carmyle, Lilybank and Newbank. In addition to providing factoring services to over 500 residential and commercial owners, we have recently set up a subsidiary to manage 12 mid-market rented properties.
We are a forward-looking organisation committed to continual improvement, and are seeking to recruit a like-minded, energised, highly motivated professional to fill this challenging and rewarding role.

A good knowledge of the Sottish social housing sector is necessary as is being well organised with excellent attention to detail.
The successful candidate will be required to operate in an environment which is subject to continuous improvement and change, therefore, a flexible and enthusiastic approach is necessary.
