Apply for a House
Anyone who is 16 and over can apply for a house with the Association. The best way to apply for a house is to complete an online application, which will open in a new window.
The online form will confirm where we have properties that meet your housing needs.
When we receive your application we will telephone you or invite you to meet us in our office to discuss your circumstances and ensure you receive the maximum points to which you are entitled.
We will also give advice on budgeting for a new house, housing benefit issues and any other support you may require.
When applying for a house you are required to provide 2 items of I.D, one of which should be photographic, along with your National Insurance Number. You should also bring I.D for all member of your household. Some examples are:
- Birth Certificate
- Driving Licence – both parts
- Tax Credit letter
- Bank Statement
- Council Tax Letter
- National Insurance Number Card
- Utility Bill
